Return Policy
We accept returns, exchange and refund within 5 working days of receiving the delivery. Kindly note that all requests for refund or exchange will be considered only if it meets the following criteria.
1) If the product delivered is damaged.
2) If the product received is different from the product ordered.
3) The item must be unused and in same condition you received it. If not so, the customer will not be eligible for any refunds/exchange.
4) The transportation charges to send back the product product to office address will be borne by the customer.
5} Please note: We deal in natural precious and semi-precious stones and their products. All-natural stones are produced by mother earth so small holes or crack marks on the surface or inside the stones are often visible. As no two stones/crystal formations are alike, differences in color, size and texture are very common. The product may vary in color and texture from the photo due to the monitor backlight and photography effect.
Return/Exchange Process
1)Send an email to info@tiaracrystalshop with your order ID, elaborating the issue along with the picture of the product you received.
2)Once acknowledged by our support team, The customer has to pack and send the product(in its original condition) to our business address.
3)Once the returned item is received and inspected at our end, we shall notify the customer through email that we have received your returned item(s). We shall also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/Exchange through email.
4)On approval, we shall process full refund to your method of payment or send a replacement(of the same item), as the case may be, within 7-21 business days.
